The fields that appear in the widget are modifiable. They can be removed or added as you wish. For example, you can introduce a new field requesting the customer’s ID number at the time of booking, if you need it. Or, for example, you can also remove the request for the cell phone number.
On the other hand, you can define whether you want users, at the time of the online booking, to have to fill in these fields or not.
