Send validation code for appointment

So that only customers who have validated their user account can make online bookings, access from the Control Panel to My Agendas and from “Appointment Options”, access the last block: “User Validation”.

Within this block, check the “Yes” box if you want users to have to validate themselves in order to make online appointments. Underneath, choose the channel by which the activation key will be sent to the user (SMS or e-mail).

In this way, every time a customer makes an online booking, before finalizing the booking process, he/she will have to enter the validation code that will have been sent to him/her by e-mail or by SMS – depending on what you have previously configured.

Only when this step has been completed, the appointment will be confirmed and will appear in your Booking Calendar.
