To receive bookings from your customers through your website you will need to integrate the widget into your website. It will be from here that your customers will be able to start the online booking process.

If you want to insert the widget you will have to copy the code that has been generated with the services and agendas that you are configuring in your Bookitit account.

To do so, access from the Control Panel of your Bookitit account to Online Booking. Once inside, just above the “See how my customers book” button, you will see a code.

Copy and paste it into your web page.

The customer’s reservation process is as follows:

You must first choose among the different services you offer.

In case the service is offered by only one agenda, you will go directly to choose the day and time of your booking. In case the service is offered by two or more agendas, the customer must choose the agenda that he/she prefers to be attended.

So, the next step will be to choose the date of your booking. The days and times shown are available in real time, taking into account different schedules, vacations and other reservations.

Before concluding the booking process, the customer must enter some personal information, such as name, e-mail and telephone number, if he/she does not have an account. If the customer already has an account, he/she will simply need to enter his/her e-mail address and password.

If the client has a voucher, he/she can enter his/her code to have the sessions discounted.
